McBride Completes First Recording Project Hailing from Binghamton, NY, Lisa McBride finished her first recording in January 2007 at North Recording Studio. Fans might remember Lisa at the Pennsylvania State Singing Conventions during the last two years as she took the stage using her acoustic guitar. Along with ten cover tracks of her favorite Southern Gospel songs, McBride included three of her own songs utilizing the simple approach as she accompanied herself with only her acoustic guitar. Lisa also included North Recording Studio’s most recorded song, Just a Boy in the Iraqi Sand which was written by Hyndman, PA’s Pearl Kujawa. Look for McBride’s project as it is released this January. Lisa' recording project is backed by The North Recording Studio Band featuring Wayne Kensinger on steel guitar, Jake Snyder on keyboards and Jay Stewart on bass and guitar, enjoyed preparing the tracks for McBride’s project. Tina Marie, widely traveled soloist provides much of the background vocals.
